Minor Irregularities definition

Minor Irregularities means anything in the proposal that does not affect the price, quality and/or quantity, or any other mandatory requirement.

More Definitions of Minor Irregularities

Minor Irregularities means those deviations from the ITB or RFP that are matters of form rather than substance, or insignificant or immaterial mistakes that may be waived or corrected, where the effect on price, quantity, quality, delivery, service or contractual conditions is negligible;
Minor Irregularities means an irregularity during the solicitation process that is not material as long as the mistake 1) could not have facilitated corruption or extravagance, 2) does not affect the amount of proposals, 3) does not affect the response of the potential proposals, and 4) the waiving of the defect in the proposal did not give any competitive advantage to the bid or proposal.
