Minor Irregularities definition

Minor Irregularities means anything in the proposal that does not affect the price, quality and/or quantity, or any other mandatory requirement.

Minor Irregularities means an irregularity during the solicitation processthat is not material as long as the mistake 1) could not have facilitated corruption or extravagance, 2) does not affect the amount of proposals, 3) does not affect the response of the potential proposals, and 4) the waiving of the defect in the proposal did not give any competitive advantage to the bid or proposal.
