Relevant Convictions definition

Relevant Convictions means a conviction that is relevant to the nature of the Services (or as listed by the Authority and/or relevant to the work of the Authority).

Examples of Relevant Convictions in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall ensure that no person who discloses that he has a Relevant Conviction, or who is found to have any Relevant Convictions (whether as a result of a police check or through the procedure of the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) or otherwise), is employed or engaged in any part of the provision of the Goods and/or Services without Approval.

  • This sub-clause 27.2 shall apply if the Customer has specified Relevant Convictions in the Call Off Order Form.

  • Specify any particular Relevant Conviction(s) that should apply to this Call Off Contract.

More Definitions of Relevant Convictions

Relevant Convictions means a Conviction that is relevant to the nature of the Services;
