Minor offense definition

Minor offense means either of the following violations of this part if the project involved in the offense is a minor project or the department determines that restoration of the affected property is not required:
Minor offense means any offense denominated a misdemeanor in title 18, C.R.S., or violation of a municipal ordinance where the maximum penalty authorized does not exceed imprisonment for more than six months.
Minor offense means a misdemeanor or ordinance violation for which the maximum permissible imprisonment does not exceed 92 days and the maximum permissible fine does not exceed $1,000.00.

Minor offense means an offense under a punitive section of this act that a commanding officer considers minor.
