Minority Members definition

Minority Members is defined in the Preamble hereto.

Minority Members means the Limited Members, and any Person to whom a Limited Member may transfer all or portion of his membership interest in the Company, provided that such Person, if any, is admitted as an additional Member in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as provided for herein.

Examples of Minority Members in a sentence

  • Date of Effect means the date immediately following the date of expiry contained in the second notice by the Company to Minority Members in accordance with clause 3.15.

  • No money payable under this rule by the Company to Minority Members bears interest against the Company.
