MISO OATT definition

MISO OATT means the Open Access Transmission Tariff of MISO, filed at FERC in compliance with FERC Order Nos. 888 and 890.

MISO OATT means the Open Access Transmission Tariff of the Midwest ISO on file with the Commission, as it may be amended, modified or otherwise supplemented and in effect from time to time.

  • Renewable Energy Standard means the minimum renewable energy capacity portfolio, if applicable, and the renewable energy credit portfolio required to be achieved under section 28 or former section 27.
