Missouri Facility definition

Missouri Facility means the facility (including all property, fixtures, plant and equipment) of the Company located on approximately 88 acres of land at 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx and which is used by the Company for the manufacture and distribution of pasta products. The Missouri Facility includes, without limitation, the Company's executive offices, durum wheat mill, pasta production facility and warehouses and all land not yet used for production.
