Mobile dwelling definition

Mobile dwelling means a structure, such as a trailer or recreational vehicle as defined in A.R.S. § 41-2142(30). Mobile dwelling does not mean a mobile, manufactured, prefabricated, or modular home as defined in A.R.S. § 41- 2142(14), (24), or (26).
Mobile dwelling means the same as recreational vehicle as defined in A.R.S. § 41-4001. Mobile dwelling does not mean a mobile and manufactured home as defined in A.R.S. § 41-4001.
Mobile dwelling means a vehicle used or so constructed as to permit its being used as a conveyance upon a public street or highway and duly licensable as such, and shall include self-propelled vehicles so designed, constructed, reconstructed or added to by any means, in such a manner as will permit the occupancy thereof as a dwelling or sleeping place of one or more persons and supported by shells, jacks or similar supports. Transportable dwellings not meeting building code requirements for dwellings shall be treated as mobile dwellings.

  • private dwelling means any part of a structure that is occupied as a residence, or any part of a structure or outdoor living area that is accessory to, and used wholly for the purposes of, a residence;

  • Residential Dwelling Unit means any portion of a building that contains living facilities, including a room or rooms in a facility that have shared cooking, bathing, toilet, or laundry facilities such as dormitories, shelters, assisted living facilities, and boarding homes. "Residential dwelling unit" also means facilities that include provisions for sleeping, cooking, bathing, and toilet facilities for one or more persons and are used for extended stays, such as time-shares and extended-stay motels. "Residential dwelling unit" does not mean a guest room in a motel or hotel.
