Mobile PERS definition

Mobile PERS shall have the meaning specified in Section 1.6(a).

  • HTI will also provide engineering support services to the Company during initial development of the Mobile PERS Solution and for a period of time following commercial launch of the Mobile PERS solution/service and such other services as are described in the HTI Services Agreement and any associated statement of work.

  • AMAC will be responsible for and will indemnify and hold LIFECOMM harmless from payment of all taxes (other than taxes based on LIFECOMM’s income), fees, duties, and other governmental charges, and any related penalties and interest, arising from the payment of fees and royalties to LIFECOMM under this Agreement or the delivery or license of the Device, LIFECOMM Connectivity Service, Mobile PERS Web Application Services, or LIFECOMM Mobile PERS API to AMAC.

  • LIFECOMM will (a) develop and provide AMAC with access to the LIFECOMM Mobile PERS API and the LIFECOMM Enterprise Portal; and (b) provide AMAC with integration services to be mutually determined and agreed upon, and set forth in a Statement of Work of the format described in Attachment C.

  • All rights in and to the LIFECOMM Mobile PERS Solution, LIFECOMM Mobile PERS API, LIFECOMM Enterprise Portal, LIFECOMM User Portal, LIFECOMM EACC Portal, and LIFECOMM Connectivity Service not expressly granted to AMAC in this Agreement are reserved by LIFECOMM and its suppliers.

  • AMAC will not make or publish any false or misleading representations, warranties, or guarantees on behalf of LIFECOMM or its suppliers concerning the Product, Device, LIFECOMM Connectivity Service, or Mobile PERS Web Application Services that are inconsistent with any warranties made by LIFECOMM.

  • It is understood and agreed that as of the Effective Date, LIFECOMM has not completed development of the Device, the LIFECOMM Connectivity Service, the LIFECOMM Mobile PERS API, the LIFECOMM Web Application Services, and/or other portions of the LIFECOMM solution.

Related to Mobile PERS

  • Mobile Phone means an individually addressed and addressable IP-enabled mobile hardware device of a user, supporting the Content Protection Responsibilities and Obligations, generally receiving transmission of a program over a transmission system designed for mobile devices such as GSM, UMTS, LTE and IEEE 802.11 (“wifi”) and designed primarily for the making and receiving of voice telephony calls. Mobile Phone shall not include a Personal Computer or Tablet.

  • mobile plant means any machinery, appliance or other similar device that is able to move independently, and Is used for the purpose of performing construction work on a construction site;

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Mobile unit means a vehicle or trailer designed to provide facilities for educational programs and services, including diagnostic testing, guidance and counseling services, and health services. A mobile unit located off nonpublic school premises is a neutral site as defined in section 123B.41, subdivision 13.

  • Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.

  • Mobile Service means the mobile service we provide to you enabling you to use and receive a range of mobile services including, but not limited to, messaging services, age restricted services and premium services.

  • Mobile App means the mobile application made available to you by the Bank or its service provider through which you may obtain information regarding, and otherwise manage, your Account.

  • Mobile Devices means battery-operated, handheld electronic personal communication devices, such as, or similar to, cellular telephones, smart phones, PDAs, or pagers, including such devices that are primarily marketed for purposes other than playing electronic games, even if such devices incorporate game-playing functionality, such as, or similar to, Apple’s iPhone or Research In Motion’s Blackberry.

  • Games means games of chance.

  • Mobile equipment means any of the following types of land vehicles, including any attached machinery or equipment:

  • Third Party Service Providers means any third party wherever situated selected by us or any member of the BEA Group to provide services to it.

  • Mobile food vendor means every corporation, association, joint stock association, person, firm or partnership, their lessees, directors, receivers, trustees, appointees by any court whatsoever, or the heirs, executors, administrators, or personal representatives or assignees of any deceased owner, owning, controlling, operating or managing any mobile food vending unit.

  • Service Planning Team or “SPT” means a team who includes the Individual and/or the Individual’s identified support network, Contractor’s lead administrative staff supporting medical, behavioral and activity oversight called out in this Contract, Contractor’s Administrator or designee and ODHS Designee. The team is responsible for overseeing the Individual’s Service Plan and all other associated plans or services in this Contract.

  • IntraLATA LEC Toll means IntraLATA Toll traffic carried solely by a Local Exchange Carrier and not by an IXC. "IntraLATA Toll Traffic" describes IntraLATA Traffic outside the Local Calling Area.

  • Video service provider or "provider" means a person authorized under this act to provide video service.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) is an Enhanced Service Provider that provides Internet Services, and is defined in paragraph 341 of the FCC’s First Report and Order in CC Docket No. 97-158.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS) means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • System for Award Management (SAM) database means the primary Government repository for contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Tandem Office Switch or “Tandem(s)” are used to connect and switch trunk circuits between and among other Central Office Switches. A Tandem Switch does not include a PBX.
