Mobilehome Residency Law definition

Mobilehome Residency Law means the California Mobilehome Residency Law codified in California Civil Code Section 798 et seq. as now enacted and hereafter amended.
Mobilehome Residency Law means the Mobilehome Residency Law (Chapter 2.5 (commencing with Section 798) of Title 2 of Part 2 of Division 2 of the Civil Code).
Mobilehome Residency Law means those provisions of the California Civil Code Sections 798 et seq. which are known as the “Mobilehome Residency Law” (including any and all amendments, deletions or modifications).
