Model Standing Offer definition

Model Standing Offer means the terms and conditions set out in this document entitled "Model Standing offer for a Standard Connection Service (Subdivision and Asset Relocation) Terms and Conditions".
Model Standing Offer means the terms and conditions set out in this document entitled "Model Standing offer for a Micro Embedded Generator Basic Connection Service Terms and Conditions".
Model Standing Offer means the terms and conditions set out in this model standing offer (as defined under Chapter 5A of the rules) to provide standard connection services.

Examples of Model Standing Offer in a sentence

  • Endeavour Energy may recover a payment under an indemnity in this Model Standing Offer before it makes any payment in respect of which the indemnity is given.

  • If the AER requires any changes to this Model Standing Offer as a condition of their approval, we may, by notice to you, alter the terms of an offer made to you, or this Agreement to the extent required to reflect those changes and the terms of the Agreement will be so amended.

  • In addition to this comment, a statement must be provided to the effect that all the NMI owners consent to being part of the collective application and that they agree to the terms of the Ausgrid Model Standing Offer Basic Connection Services– Micro Embedded Generation Connections.

  • Standing Offer means the Contractor agrees to provide the Works from time to time if and when authorised by the Superintendent by the issue of an Order. The Contractor agrees that the Principal is not obliged to order a specific number of, or any, Works during the term of the Contract.

  • Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes means, with respect to any Benchmark Replacement, any technical, administrative or operational changes (including changes to the definition of “Base Rate,” the definition of “Interest Period,” timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest and other administrative matters) that the Administrative Agent decides may be appropriate to reflect the adoption and implementation of such Benchmark Replacement and to permit the administration thereof by the Administrative Agent in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Administrative Agent decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Administrative Agent determines that no market practice for the administration of the Benchmark Replacement exists, in such other manner of administration as the Administrative Agent decides is reasonably necessary in connection with the administration of this Agreement).

  • Proposed decision means the presiding officer’s recommended findings of fact, conclusions of law, decision, and order in a contested case in which the administrator did not preside.

  • Credit Event Resolution Request Date means, with respect to a notice to ISDA requesting that a Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee be convened to resolve:

  • Commanding Officer means the Commanding Officer of a training ship furnished by the Administration.

  • Nonconforming structure means a structure the size, dimension or location of which was lawful prior to the adoption, revision or amendment of a zoning ordinance, but which fails to conform to the requirements of the zoning district in which it is located by reasons of such adoption, revision or amendment.

  • Credit Event Notice means an irrevocable notice from the Issuer or the Swap Counterparty, as the case may be, to the other party (in the form and delivered in the manner described in the Default Swap) that describes a Credit Event that occurred on or after the Effective Date of the Default Swap.
