  • AOL agrees to pay an Additional Moderation Services Monthly Management Fee amounting to US $[***] per month from the month following that in which the Services in as set out in Appendix B1, Part A to this Agreement cease to be provided.

  • The failure to provide such access shall relieve the Agency from its obligations to provide those aspects of the Moderation Services which are affected during such period that the Agency cannot access such systems or software.

  • Rate Where AOL requests additional hours of Additional Moderation Services above the Minimum Monthly Moderation in any month, AOL agrees to pay LIVEWORLD an additional moderation fee for the additional hours in excess of Additional Moderation Services Minimum Monthly Moderation (“Additional Moderation Services Overage Rate”), which shall be calculated as follows: Live World.

  • The final source of appeal for assessment matters is: Moderation Services, New Zealand Qualifications Authority, PO Box 160, Wellington 6140.

  • During the Wind-Down Period, Consultant shall continue to provide the Moderation Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and shall provide full cooperation to AOL and/or any third party provider to which the Moderation Services are transitioned.

Related to Moderation Services

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • Implementation Services means the supply, configuration and programming of Customer Equipment and/or Services and training where set out in an Order.

  • Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Collection Services means all the activities, including those conducted at Events and Depots operated by or on behalf of the Collector, for the purpose of receiving, classifying, packing, storing and transferring Automotive HSP onto transportation vehicles, including the manifesting of the Automotive HSP prior to transportation from the Event or Depot;

  • Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual

  • Telecommunication Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • Hospice services means symptom and pain management to a terminally ill individual, and emotional, spiritual and bereavement services for the individual and their family in a place of temporary or permanent residence, and may include the provision of home health and home care services for the terminally ill individual.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Communication Services means aeronautical fixed and mobile services to enable ground-to-ground, air-to-ground and air-to-air communications for ATC purposes;

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Electric generation service means the provision of retail

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.
