Modification Period Termination Date means the earliest of (a) Xxxxx 00, 0000, (x) the first Interest Payment Date occurring after the Company has elected to terminate the Modification Period in accordance with the terms of Section 3.1(g), (c) the effective date set forth in Section 10.5, if applicable, and (d) the effective date set forth in Section 10.6, if applicable.
