Momenta Intellectual Property definition

Momenta Intellectual Property means all Momenta Know-How, Momenta Patent Rights and Momenta Improvements.

  • Mylan shall use such Momenta Intellectual Property solely for the purposes of exercising its rights and performing its obligations under this Agreement and solely as otherwise permitted under Applicable Law.

  • Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property licensed to the Company pursuant to the Company IP Agreements.
