Money Accounts definition

Money Accounts means the Money Funds and any FDIC-insured money market deposit accounts opened for me through the Insured Savings_ Account program.
Money Accounts has the meaning set forth in the WCMA Agreement.
Money Accounts means any Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) insured deposit account with FIA Card Services, N.A. and Bank of America North Carolina, N.A. through the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Bank Deposit Program.

  • Reserve Accounts means the Tax Account, the Insurance Account, the Replacement Reserve Account, the Immediate Repair Account, the Leasing Reserve Account, the Excess Cash Flow Account, the Operating Expense Account, the Ground Rent Account and any other escrow account established by this Agreement or the other Loan Documents (but specifically excluding the Cash Management Account, the Restricted Account and the Debt Service Account).

  • Company Account means the bank or/and electronic Account of the Company, and the Company Account in the Processing Center.

  • Management Accounts means unaudited accounts which shall incorporate a profit and loss statement, cash flow statement and balance sheet.

  • Sub-Accounts means the respective Sub-Accounts of the Escrow Account, into which the monies specified in Clause 4.1 would be credited every month and paid out if due, and if not due in a month then appropriated proportionately in such month and retained in the respective Sub Accounts and paid out therefrom on the Payment Date(s).

  • Interim Accounts means the unaudited consolidated quarterly financial statements of the Issuer for the quarterly period ending on each 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December in each year, prepared in accordance with GAAP.

  • Subaccounts is defined in Section 8.02(a) of the Indenture.

  • Collateral Accounts means any and all accounts established and maintained by the Pledgee in the name of any Pledgor to which Collateral may be credited.
