Money Accounts definition

Money Accounts means the Money Funds and any FDIC-insured money market deposit accounts opened for me through the Insured Savings_ Account program.
Money Accounts has the meaning set forth in the WCMA Agreement.
Money Accounts means any Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) insured deposit account with FIA Card Services, N.A. and Bank of America North Carolina, N.A. through the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Bank Deposit Program.

Examples of Money Accounts in a sentence

  • Payments to MLBFS from funds in the WCMA Account shall be deemed to be made by Customer upon the same basis and schedule as funds are made available for investment in the Money Accounts in accordance with the terms of the WCMA Agreement.

  • Unless otherwise hereafter directed in writing by MLBFS on or after the first to occur of the Maturity Date or the date of termination of the WCMA Line of Credit pursuant to the terms hereof, such interest will be automatically charged to the WCMA Account on the applicable Interest Due Date, and, to the extent not paid with free credit balances or the proceeds of sales of any Money Accounts then in the WCMA Account, as hereafter provided, paid by a WCMA Loan and added to the WCMA Loan Balance.

  • If MLBFS declines to extend a WCMA Loan to Customer under these circumstances, Customer hereby authorizes and directs MLPF&S to make all such interest payments to MLBFS from any Minimum Money Accounts Balance.

  • If available free credit balances in the WCMA Account and available proceeds of the Money Accounts are insufficient to pay the entire balance of accrued interest, and Customer otherwise fails to make such payment when due, MLBFS may, in its sole discretion, make a WCMA Loan in an amount equal to the balance of such accrued interest and pay the proceeds of such WCMA Loan to itself on account of such interest.

  • If there is no Minimum Money Accounts Balance, or it is insufficient to pay all such interest, MLBFS will invoice Customer for payment of the balance of the accrued interest, and Customer shall pay such interest as directed by MLBFS within 5 Business Days of receipt of such invoice.

  • Unless otherwise hereafter directed in writing by MLBFS on or after the Termination Date, such interest will be automatically charged to the WCMA Account on the applicable Interest Due Date, and, to the extent not paid with free credit balances or the proceeds of sales of any Money Accounts then in the WCMA Account, as hereafter provided, such interest will be paid by a Subsequent WCMA Loan and added to the WCMA Loan Balance.

  • Where an Authorised Firm receives or holds Client Money it must ensure (except where otherwise provided in COB 8.2.8) that the Client Money is paid into one or more Client Money Accounts within one day of receipt.Where an Authorised Firm deposits any Money into a Client Money Account, such Money is Client Money until the Money is withdrawn from the Client Money Account in accordance with the Client Money Rules.

  • Except as otherwise defined herein: (i) all terms used in this Loan Agreement which are defined in the Uniform Commercial Code of Illinois ("UCC") shall have the meanings set forth in the UCC, and (ii) capitalized terms used herein which are defined in the WCMA Agreement (including, without limitation, "Money Accounts", "Minimum Money Accounts Balance", "WCMA Directed Reserve Program" and "WCMA Program") shall have the meanings set forth in the WCMA Agreement.

  • Management Accounts means, in relation to any Reporting Period, the Franchisee’s management accounts which: (a) comply with paragraph 3.10 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives); and (b) are required to be delivered to the Secretary of State by the Franchisee in accordance with paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives);

  • Sub-Accounts means the respective Sub-Accounts of the Escrow Account, into which the monies specified in Clause 4.1 would be credited every month and paid out if due, and if not due in a month then appropriated proportionately in such month and retained in the respective Sub Accounts and paid out therefrom on the Payment Date(s).

  • Interim Accounts means the unaudited consolidated quarterly financial statements of the Issuer for the quarterly period ending on each 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December in each year, prepared in accordance with GAAP.

  • Subaccounts is defined in Section 8.02(a) of the Indenture.

  • Collateral Accounts means any and all accounts established and maintained by the Pledgee in the name of any Pledgor to which Collateral may be credited.
