Money Pool Balance definition

Money Pool Balance means the Debtors’ liability as of the Petition Date, as adjusted by the transactions contemplated by the FE Settlement Agreement, under the Fifth Amended and Restated Non-Utility Money Pool Agreement, dated as of December 19, 2013 as the same has been or may be subsequently modified, amended, supplemented or otherwise revised from time to time, and together with all instruments, documents, and agreements related thereto.
Money Pool Balance means the Debtors' liability as of the Petition Date, as adjusted by the transactions contemplated by Section 2.3 of this Agreement, under the Non-Utility Money Pool Agreement.

  • Aggregate Collateral Balance means, as at any Measurement Date, the amount equal to the aggregate of the following amounts, as at such Measurement Date:

  • Principal Balance means the outstanding principal amount of the Loan, plus interest expected to be capitalized (if any), less amounts which may not be insured (such as late charges).
