Monthly Office Expense definition

Monthly Office Expense. The term "Monthly Office Expense" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1 hereof.
Monthly Office Expense means, for any month, the sum of the Dispensary Business Monthly Office Expense for such month and the Principal Services Monthly Office Expense for such month.
Monthly Office Expense means the amount of Budgeted Office Expense for any given month, plus or minus any difference between (i) the actual Office Expense incurred by or on behalf of Practice for the previous month and (ii) Budgeted Office Expense for such previous month.
