Monthly Usage Limit definition

Monthly Usage Limit means the monthly amount defined by Cell C SP that you can spend on Usage Charges on your SIM Card. This means that you will have a monthly limit to talk, SMS, or use data.
Monthly Usage Limit means, with respect to any Borrower, for any calendar month ending on or after the 120th Day, the percentage with respect to such Borrower set forth in the Covenant Addendum of the maximum projected principal amount of Borrowings and face amount of Letters of Credit to be used by such Borrower as set forth in such Borrower's Monthly Budget for such calendar month.
Monthly Usage Limit contained in Section 1.01 of the DIP Credit Agreement is amended by replacing the words "244th Day" in the second line thereof with the words "May 15, 2003".

Examples of Monthly Usage Limit in a sentence

  • You agree and accept that we cannot guarantee to implement the Monthly Usage Limit and you remain responsible to pay for all usage on your SIM Card including any usage over and above your Monthly Usage Limit.

  • Notwithstanding this, we reserve the right to stop further use of our Services and/or Products if you reach or exceed your maximum Monthly Usage Limit.

Related to Monthly Usage Limit

  • Daily Maximum Cash Amount means, with respect to the conversion of any Note, the quotient obtained by dividing (A) the Specified Dollar Amount applicable to such conversion by (B) forty (40).

  • Available Reserve Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account (after taking into account any interest and earnings retained in the Reserve Account pursuant to Section 4.10(b) on such date, but before giving effect to any deposit made or to be made pursuant to subsection 4.4(a)(ix) to the Reserve Account on such date) and (b) the Required Reserve Account Amount.

  • Excess Available Funds Percentage means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the amount, if any, by which the Portfolio Yield for the preceding Monthly Period exceeds the Base Rate for such Monthly Period.

  • Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage means, with respect to the July 2008 Transfer Date and each Transfer Date thereafter, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of the Excess Available Funds Percentages with respect to the immediately preceding three Monthly Periods and the denominator of which is three.
