Monthly Usage Limit definition

Monthly Usage Limit means the monthly amount defined by the Service Suppliers that you can spend on Usage Charges on your SIM. This means that you will have a monthly limit to talk, SMS, or use data.
Monthly Usage Limit means the monthly amount defined by the Service Suppliers that the Subscriber can spend on Usage Charges.
Monthly Usage Limit means, with respect to any Borrower, for any calendar month ending on or after the 120th Day, the percentage with respect to such Borrower set forth in the Covenant Addendum of the maximum projected principal amount of Borrowings and face amount of Letters of Credit to be used by such Borrower as set forth in such Borrower's Monthly Budget for such calendar month.

More Definitions of Monthly Usage Limit

Monthly Usage Limit contained in Section 1.01 of the DIP Credit Agreement is amended by replacing the words "165th Day" in the second line thereof with the words "244th Day".

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Total Available Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Available Interest and the Available Principal for such Distribution Date and the amount of all cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Monthly Loss Amount means the sum of all Foreclosure Losses, Restructuring Losses, Short Sale Losses, Portfolio Losses, Modification Default Losses and Deficient Losses realized by the Assuming Institution for any Shared Loss Month.

  • Excess Concentration Amount means, as of any date of determination on which any one or more of the Concentration Limitations are exceeded, an amount (calculated by the Servicer and without duplication) equal to the Dollar Equivalent of the portion of the Adjusted Principal Balance of each Eligible Collateral Loan that causes such Concentration Limitation to be exceeded.

  • Applicable Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period With respect to the Mortgage Loans serviced by each Servicer and each of Full Unscheduled Principal Receipts and Partial Unscheduled Principal Receipts, the Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period specified on Schedule I hereto, as amended from time to time by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 10.01(b) hereof.

  • Total Available Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(a).

  • Excess Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the Overcollateralization Amount on such Distribution Date over (b) the Required Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date.
