Use Data definition

Use Data means that data that is collected by the Treasure Data systems that are related to the use of the Service (such as the number of times a portion of the Service has been used). Use Data does not include Collected Data.
Use Data means the traffic and other statistical or analytical data derived from monitoring use and usage patterns in respect of any of the Managed Services;
Use Data has the meaning given to that term in clause 7.3.

Examples of Use Data in a sentence

  • It is Customer’s responsibility to notify Authorized Users of Motorola’s collection and use of Service Use Data and to obtain any required consents, provide all necessary notices, and meet any other applicable legal requirements with respect to such collection and use, and Customer represents and warrants to Motorola that it has complied and will continue to comply with this Section.

  • Customer understands and agrees that Motorola may collect and use Service Use Data for its own purposes, and may disclose Service Use Data to third parties.

  • Motorola will have the right to monitor and audit use of the Products,including an audit of total user licenses credentialed by Customer for any Subscription Software, which may also include access by Motorola to Customer Data and Service Use Data.

  • The Parties agree that, notwithstanding any provision of this MCA or the Agreement to the contrary, all fixes, modifications and improvements to the Services or Products conceived of or made by or on behalf of Motorola that are based either in whole or in part on the Feedback, Customer Data, or Service Use Data (or otherwise) are the exclusive property of Motorola and all right, title and interest in and to such fixes, modifications or improvements will vest solely in Motorola.

  • Customer understands and agrees that Motorola may collect and use Service Use Data for its own purposes, including the uses described below.

  • Motorola must ensure that its personnel are subject to a duty of confidentiality, and will contractually obligate its Sub-processors to a duty of confidentiality, with respect to the handling of Customer Data and any Personal Data contained in Service Use Data.

  • However, Northern States Power Company shall remain liable for its own inappropriate release of Subscriber’s Account Information and Subscriber’s Energy Use Data.

  • The Parties agree that, notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, all fixes, modifications and improvements to the Services or Products conceived of or made by or on behalf of Motorola that are based either in whole or in part on the Feedback, Customer Data, or Service Use Data (or otherwise) are the exclusive property of Motorola and all right, title and interest in and to such fixes, modifications or improvements will vest solely in Motorola.

  • Motorola may use Service Use Data to (a) operate, maintain, manage, and improve existing and create new products and services, (b) test products and services, (c) to aggregate Service Use Data and combine it with that of other users, and (d) to use anonymized or aggregated data for marketing, research or other business purposes.

  • Motorola will have the right to monitor and audit use of the Products, which may also include access by Motorola to Customer Data and Service Use Data.


More Definitions of Use Data

Use Data means all information related to or generated by Hyatt, its Affiliates, and/or the Hotels or these entities’ guests’ use of TV Services or HSIA System and Services.
Use Data means information-
Use Data or “Account Data” shall mean electronic data related to Resources that is collected by the Resident Software or otherwise transferred by or for Customer, End Users or the Authorized Users and processed in the Subscription Service.

Related to Use Data

  • Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.

  • Service Data means all electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by Subscriber, Agents and End-Users in connection with Subscriber’s use of such Service, excluding Agent Contact Information.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • GLO Data means any data or information, which includes PII and/or SPI as defined below, collected, maintained, and created by the GLO, for the purpose of providing disaster assistance to individuals, that Provider obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto. GLO data does not include other information that is lawfully made available to the Provider through other sources.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Client Data means all data or records of whatever nature in whatever form relating to the Client, its operations, facilities, assets, employees, students or otherwise relating to its business, whether subsisting at the date of this Agreement, or created or processed in connection with the Services or as provided by the Client to the Supplier in connection with the Services. Client Data shall include all Client Personal Data

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Cardholder Data has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain a provisional Authority to Operate (ATO) at the Moderate Level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB) or Federal Agency for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;

  • input data means data provided to or directly acquired by an AI system on the basis of which the system produces an output;

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.

  • City Data means that data as described in Article 13 of this Agreement which includes, without limitation, all data collected, used, maintained, processed, stored, or generated by or on behalf of the City in connection with this Agreement. City Data includes, without limitation, Confidential Information.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

  • Sensitive Data means a category of personal data that includes:

  • Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • State Data means all confidential information, non-public data, personal data, and protected health information that is created or in any way originating with the State whether such data or output is stored on the Department’s hardware, Contractor’s hardware, or exists in any system owned, maintained or otherwise controlled by the Department or by the Contractor. State Data includes any federal data that the Department controls or maintains, that is protected under federal laws, statutes, and regulations. The Department reserves the right to identify, during and after the Contract, additional reasonable types of categories of information that must be kept confidential under federal and state laws.

  • Baseline data means information gathered at a selected point in time and used thereafter as a basis from which to monitor change.
