Mortgage Guaranty definition

Mortgage Guaranty means the “Guaranty” as defined in the Xxxxx Fargo Mortgage Loan Agreement.
Mortgage Guaranty shall have the meaning set forth in Recital C.
Mortgage Guaranty means that certain Guaranty of Recourse Obligations dated as of December 1, 2003, by HRI and HRI Affiliates in favor of the Mortgage Lender, as amended by that certain Joinder by Original Indemnitors dated as of May 31, 2005, by HRI and HRI Affiliates and as further amended by that certain Joinder by and Agreement of New GP dated as of May 31, 2005, by Xxxxxx Omaha Investment Company, LLC.

Mortgage Guaranty the Guaranty of Recourse Obligations dated as of the date hereof, made by Guarantor in favor of Mortgage Lender in connection with the Mortgage Loan, as the same has heretofore and may hereafter be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, with the written consent of Lender.
