Mortgage Offer Document definition

Mortgage Offer Document means the letter issued by Skipton to the Borrower settingout the offer of, and certain terms of, the Loan to the Borrower, as the same may be amended from time to time by any document issued by Skipton varying the terms of the Loan;

  • If Skipton waives any part of the Mortgage Offer Document or these General Terms and Conditions of Lending, whether in writing or by some other means (for example agrees for any given period of time to amend terms), such waiver will not constitute a complete waiver of the Borrower’s or any Obligor's obligations or liabilities, nor shall it mean that Skipton forgoes any rights or interest, but rather that Skipton agrees to a temporary suspension of its application for the given agreed period of time.

  • Offer Document means an offer document dispatched to shareholders of the Target setting out in full the terms and conditions of an Offer.

  • Offer Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).

  • Tender Document means the Document provided by a Purchaser to a Tenderer as a basis for preparation of its Tender;

  • Transaction Security Documents means each of the documents listed as being a Transaction Security Document in paragraph 2(e) of Part I of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement and any document required to be delivered to the Administrative Agent under paragraph 3(d) of Part II of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement together with any other document entered into by any Obligor creating or expressed to create any Security over all or any part of its assets in respect of the obligations of any of the Obligors under any of the Finance Documents (and any other Debt Documents).

  • Tender Documents means the General and special conditions of contract (2.1.8) and tender specification (2.1.9).

  • Noteholder Documents means (a) the Indenture, the Notes and the Noteholder Collateral Documents and (b) any other related document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any Noteholder Document described in clause (a) above evidencing or governing any Obligations thereunder.

  • Automatic Shelf Registration Statement means an “automatic shelf registration statement” as defined in Rule 405 promulgated under the Securities Act.

  • Consent Solicitation Statement means the consent solicitation statement issued on June 15, 2020 by Odebrecht Engenharia e Construção S.A., among others.

  • Tender Offer Date means, in respect of a Tender Offer, the date on which voting Shares in the amount of the applicable percentage threshold are actually purchased or otherwise obtained (as determined by the Calculation Agent).

  • Shelf Registration Statement means the Shelf Registration Statement as defined in the Registration Rights Agreement.

  • Supplementary Offering Document means a document issued to modify, add to, alter and amend, amend and restate or to make any other amendment to the Offering Document in such manner and to such extent as considered expedient for all purposes by the Management Company, with the consent of the Trustee, after seeking approval of the SECP, and the same shall be consolidated, read and construed together with the Offering Document.”

  • L/C Related Documents has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(b)(i).

  • Order Document means any official Purchaser document and attachments thereto specifying the Software to be purchased from the Vendor under this Contract.
