Mortgage Security Agreement definition

Mortgage Security Agreement means a security agreement or other agreement that creates a Lien on personal property, including furniture, fixtures and equipment, to secure repayment of a Mortgage Loan.
Mortgage Security Agreement means that certain Security Agreement dated as of the date hereof by Mortgage Borrower to Senior Lender and securing the Mortgage Loan.
