Motor Vehicle Accidents definition

Motor Vehicle Accidents. No Weekly Disability Benefit will be payable for any disability resulting from a motor vehicle accident.
Motor Vehicle Accidents means incidents involving one or more motorized vehicles including cars, trucks, buses, trains, motorcycles, ATV's, snowmobiles, boats, planes, and the vehicles and trailers being pulled by motorized vehicles.
