Vehicles and Trailers. All of the trucks and trailers associated equipment described in Exhibits "A" and "D" hereto (the "Vehicles").

Vehicles and Trailers. The Contractor shall provide vehicles and trailers necessary to perform the work described in the PWS for the duration of the contract. Currently, the vehicles and trailers listed in Attachment A3 are being used to perform the work outlined in the PWS. The vehicles and trailers may be acquired as outlined in Attachment A3. Contractor vehicles shall be in operational condition and comply with the state Department of Motor Vehicles safety standards. All motor vehicle operators shall have a valid driver’s license that is legal for use in the United States. The Contractor shall uniformly place the company name/logo on both sides of all vehicles used in performance of this task order; the appearance of the company name/logo shall be maintained. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining title, registration, and insurance for the vehicles. Note that the existing contractor replaces approximately 24 tires per year on the current vehicles.
