Motor vehicle lessor definition

Motor vehicle lessor means a person who holds title to a motor vehicle leased to a lessee under a written lease agreement or who holds the lessor's rights under such agreement.

Motor vehicle lessor means any person, not excluded by Subparagraph (b) of this Paragraph, engaged in the motor vehicle, recreational products, or specialty vehicle leasing or rental business. It shall also include a subsidiary of any such entity.
