Motor Vehicle Statute definition

Motor Vehicle Statute means the motor vehicle statutes or similar laws, rules or regulations of any state or other jurisdiction.
Motor Vehicle Statute shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.16(d) hereof.
Motor Vehicle Statute shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.14(a) of this Agreement.
