Public conveyance means a conveyance that the public or a portion of the public has access to and a right to use for transportation, including an airline, railroad, bus, boat, or other public conveyance.
Bill of Sale means a bill or bills of sale in a form substantially in conformance with the form attached as the Exhibit B hereto.
Fecal coliform means aerobic and facultative, Gram-negative, nonspore-forming, rod-shaped bacteria capable of growth at 44.5° C, and associated with fecal matter of warm-blooded animals;
Title V means Title V of the federal Act for the Senior Community Service Employment Program for Older Americans.
Conveyancers means conveyancers nominated by the Seller in terms of clause 1.15 of the Contract of Sale;
Unimproved Land means land on which no development (other than improvements that are not material and are temporary in nature) has occurred.
Mixed-use property means an eligible property that includes three or more residential units and may also contain a commercial property component in the same building.
Undeveloped Land means (i) all undeveloped land existing on or acquired after the Issue Date and (ii) any operating property of the Company or any Subsidiary that is subject to a casualty event that results in such property ceasing to be operational.
Adjacent Property means all land adjoining and surrounding the Stadium Site on which will be located any public streets, sidewalks, plazas, or bridges and any public or private parking facilities or other accoutrements to be developed by Authority or other parties in connection with the Project.
