MRRS Decision Document definition

MRRS Decision Document means a decision document issued by the applicable Canadian securities regulatory authority pursuant to National Policy 43-201 and which evidences the receipts by the applicable Canadian securities regulatory authorities in each of the Qualifying Provinces for the Preliminary Prospectus or the Final Prospectus, as the case may be;

MRRS Decision Document. ' means the document issued by the principal regulator that evidences that a determination with respect to materials filed under the MRRS has been made by the principal regulator and the non-principal regulators that have not opted out;

MRRS Decision Document means a decision document issued under the mutual reliance review system pursuant to NP 43-201.

• FMR is eligible to file this report under the alternative monthly reporting system of National Instrument 62-103, and FIL is able to file this report pursuant to MRRS Decision Document dated April 4th, 2005 granted to FIL.

• Each of the Canadian Preliminary Base Prospectus and the Canadian Base Prospectus shall have been filed with the Qualifying Authorities and a MRRS Decision Document shall have been issued by the Reviewing Authority on behalf of the Qualifying Authorities relating to the Canadian Preliminary Base Prospectus and the Canadian Base Prospectus, respectively.

MRRS Decision Document means the decision document issued pursuant to the Mutual Reliance Review System for Prospectuses and Annual Information Forms evidencing that receipts have been obtained for the Final Prospectus in each of the Qualification Provinces;
