Decision Document definition

Decision Document means the document issued by the Decision Body pursuant to 12.6.3 or 12.12.
Decision Document shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(f)(i).

More Definitions of Decision Document

Decision Document means a receipt for the Base Prospectus issued by or on behalf of the Securities Commissions in accordance with the Passport System;
