Reorganization Documents definition

Reorganization Documents means each of the documents attached as an exhibit hereto and all other agreements and documents entered into in connection with the Reorganization Transactions.
Reorganization Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Unless otherwise provided in the Reorganization Documents, all costs and expenses incurred in connection with the negotiation and execution of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be paid by the party incurring such cost or expense.
