MS Products means the product inventories purchased from time to time by MSCG from DCR pursuant to the Off-Take Agreement, including, without limitation, the Initial Inventory, but excluding Oil and Feedstock which has not been refined into light finished products, Intermediate Products or Slurry.

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that Microsoft, at its sole discretion, may integrate the N2P Deliverables into other MS Products and release such MS Products under this Agreement.

  • Microsoft shall provide reasonable notice to Net2Phone regarding the release of any such additional MS Products with N2P Deliverables.

  • However, Microsoft reserves the sole and exclusive right, in its sole discretion, to remove the N2P Deliverables from the MSN Messenger Service and/or other MS Products, and either to distribute through third parties the MSN Messenger Service and/or other MS Products without any voice communication capabilities, or to distribute the MSN Messenger Service and/or other MS Products with voice capabilities developed by another party.

  • As between the Parties, Net2Phone acknowledges Microsoft's sole ownership of the MSN Messenger Service, MSN Messenger 3.0, Passport and Wallet, the MSN/N2P Web Site and other MS Products worldwide and all associated goodwill and Microsoft acknowledges Net2Phone's sole ownership of the N2P Deliverables worldwide and all associated goodwill.

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • processed products means goods placed under a processing procedure which have undergone processing operations;

  • Your Products means products developed or to be developed by or for You that include an Intel Component executing the Materials. 2.

  • Marijuana products means concentrated marijuana products and marijuana products that are comprised of marijuana and other ingredients and are intended for use or consumption, such as, but not limited to, edible products, ointments, and tinctures.

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Designated Products means products provided by Motorola to Licensee with which or for which the Software and Documentation is licensed for use.
