MS Products definition

MS Products means the product inventories purchased from time to time by MSCG from PBO pursuant to the Off-Take Agreement, including, without limitation, the Initial Inventory but excluding Oil and Indigenous Feedstock which has not been refined into light finished products, Intermediate Products, Lubes or Slurry.

  • Problem Resolution Support provides assistance for problems with specific symptoms encountered while using MS Products, where there is a reasonable expectation that the problems are caused by MS Products.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Your Products means products developed or to be developed by or for You that include an Intel Component executing the Materials.

  • Marijuana products means concentrated marijuana products and marijuana products that are comprised of marijuana and other ingredients and are intended for use or consumption, such as, but not limited to, edible products, ointments, and tinctures.

  • End Products as used in this clause, means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired for public use under this contract.

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Designated Products means products provided by Motorola to Licensee with which or for which the Software and Documentation is licensed for use.
