MS4 Permittee definition

MS4 Permittee means a person that has been issued a Phase I MS4 permit or a Phase II MS4 permit as defined in 40 CFR §122.26.

Examples of MS4 Permittee in a sentence

  • Within 365 days of the effective date of the permit, maintain an inventory of qualifying construction sites containing relevant contact information for each construction site (i.e., tracking number and construction site contact name, address, phone number, etc.), the size of the construction site, whether the construction site has submitted for permit coverage under ADEM’s Construction General Permit ALR100000, and the date the MS4 Permittee approved the site construction plan.

  • Any funds made available to the Program shall be dedicated to reducing the annual costs of each MS4 Permittee participating in the Program, except as a majority of the voting Members of the Steering Committee may decide.

  • An MS4 Permittee cannot choose to not appropriate funds and then withdraw in a manner that shifts prior contractual obligations on to the others.

  • The obligations of a MS4 Permittee under the Agreement are subject to annual appropriations by the governing body of the MS4 Permittee, except as provided by Section 12 of this Agreement.

  • The decision whether or not to budget and appropriate funds during each fiscal year of the MS4 Permittee is within the discretion of the governing body of the MS4 Permittee.

  • If an MS4 Permittee wishes to withdrawal from participation, it shall provide at least 90 days’ notice to the other MS4 Permittees and the CCRPC.

  • It is recommended the Permittee coordinate with an adjacent Phase I MS4 Permittee to collect outfall data for which they may discharge to.

  • An MS4 Permittee may withdrawal from participation in this Agreement only at the end of a state fiscal year.

  • Except as otherwise provided by this section, each MS4 Permittee shall within 30 days of receipt of an invoice make a single annual dues payment, as provided by Section 8.a, above.

  • After withdrawal, a MS4 Permittee shall remain responsible for its share of the costs of contracts that the Steering Committee approved prior to the effective date of the withdrawal.

Related to MS4 Permittee

  • Permittee means the owner or operator of any source subject to the permitting requirements of this subchapter, as provided in ARM 17.8.1204, that holds a valid air quality operating permit or has submitted a timely and complete permit application for issuance, renewal, amendment, or modification pursuant to this subchapter.

  • Committee means the Compensation Committee of the Board.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Executive Committee means a group of directors elected or appointed to act on behalf of, and within the powers granted to them by, the Commission.

  • Listing Committee the listing committee of the Stock Exchange;

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the Board.

  • Campaign committee means the committee designated by a candidate to receive all contributions

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
