MS4 Permittee definition

MS4 Permittee means a person that has been issued a Phase I MS4 permit or a Phase II MS4 permit as defined in 40 CFR §122.26.

  • The obligations of a MS4 Permittee under the Agreement are subject to annual appropriations by the governing body of the MS4 Permittee, except as provided by Section 12 of this Agreement.
