Permittees definition

Permittees means the United States Department of Energy (DOE), an agency of the Federal government, and the owner and co-operator of the WIPP facility; and Nuclear Waste Partnership LLC, Management and Operating Contractor (MOC), the co-operator of the WIPP facility. References to actions taken by “the Permittees” indicate actions that may be taken by either co-Permittee.
Permittees shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in Section 3.1 of this SLA.

More Definitions of Permittees

Permittees means: the Party, its owners and managers, and their respective directors, managers, officers, employees and agents, contractors, and invitees; provided, however, that a Party shall not be included in the definition of a “Permittee” of the other Party under this Agreement.
