MSA Offence definition

MSA Offence has the meaning given to it in Clause 19.1.1a); “MSID” means a metering system identifier;
MSA Offence has the meaning given to it in Clause 21.1.1a);
MSA Offence has the meaning given in clause 12.1.1;
