MSA Offence definition

MSA Offence has the meaning given to it in Clause 19.1.1a); “MSID” means a metering system identifier;
MSA Offence has the meaning given to it in Clause 21.1.1a);
MSA Offence means an offence under the Modern Slavery Act 2015;

  • Felony means that term as defined in section 1 of chapter I of the code of criminal procedure, 1927 PA 175, MCL 761.1.
