MSCI Business definition

MSCI Business means any business engaged in, contemplated or actively planned by the Company as of the date of your termination of employment that you were actively providing services to such line of business during your employment with MSCI.
MSCI Business means the business conducted by the MSCI Group from time to time, whether before, on or after the Sale.
