For more information visit our privacy policy.ALG Residual Value means the residual of a 2024-2 Vehicle set forth as the ALG Residual Value in the lease schedule attached as Exhibit A to the 2024-2 SUBI Supplement, which shall be the lesser of (i) the ALG residual values of the 2024-2 Vehicles at the scheduled termination of the related 2024-2 Leases at the time the related 2024-2 Lease was signed and (ii) the ALG residual values of the 2024-2 Vehicles at the scheduled termination of the related 2024-2 Leases provided by ALG in July/August 2024.
Residual Value means, in respect of every Board Lot, an amount calculated by the Issuer in accordance with the following formula (and, if appropriate, either (I) converted (if applicable) into the Settlement Currency at the Exchange Rate or, as the case may be, (II) converted into the Interim Currency at the First Exchange Rate and then (if applicable) converted into Settlement Currency at the Second Exchange Rate):
Base Residual Value means, for a Lease, the lower of (a) the Contract Residual Value of the Lease and (b)(i) the ALG Residual Value of the related Leased Vehicle or (ii) if the Servicer does not have an ALG Residual Value, the oldest ALG MTM Residual Value that the Servicer has for the related Leased Vehicle.
Actual Value means the greenhouse gas emissions savings for some or all of the steps of a specific biofuel, bioliquid or biomass fuel production process, calculated in accordance with the methodology laid down in Part C of Annex V or Part B of Annex VI;

Payahead Balance on a Precomputed Receivable means the sum, as of the close of business on the last day of a Collection Period, of all Payaheads made by or on behalf of the Obligor with respect to such Precomputed Receivable, as reduced by applications of previous Payaheads with respect to such Precomputed Receivable, pursuant to Sections 8.02(b) and 9.09.
Residual Auction Revenue Rights means incremental stage 1 Auction Revenue Rights created within a Planning Period by an increase in transmission system capability, including the return to service of existing transmission capability, that was not modeled pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 7.5 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K- Appendix, section 7.5 in compliance with Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 7.4.2 (h) and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 7.4.2(h), and, if modeled, would have increased the amount of stage 1 Auction Revenue Rights allocated pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 7.4.2 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 7.4.2; provided that, the foregoing notwithstanding, Residual Auction Revenue Rights shall exclude: 1) Incremental Auction Revenue Rights allocated pursuant to Tariff, Part VI; and 2) Auction Revenue Rights allocated to entities that are assigned cost responsibility pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6 for transmission upgrades that create such rights.
Original Value The lesser of (a) the Appraised Value of a Mortgaged Property at the time the related Mortgage Loan was originated and (b) if the Mortgage Loan was made to finance the acquisition of the related Mortgaged Property, the purchase price paid for the Mortgaged Property by the Mortgagor at the time the related Mortgage Loan was originated.

Collateral Value The appraised value of a Mortgaged Property based upon the lesser of (i) the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) made at the time of the origination of the related Mortgage Loan, or (ii) the sales price of such Mortgaged Property at such time of origination. With respect to a Mortgage Loan the proceeds of which were used to refinance an existing mortgage loan, the appraised value of the Mortgaged Property based upon the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) obtained at the time of refinancing.
Casualty Value means the market value of the Equipment at the end of the Term or when in relation to a Total Loss, the market value the Equipment would have had at the end of the Term but for the Total Loss. Asset Balance means, for any Payment Date, the Pool Balance as of the beginning of the current Collection Period.
Base Residual Auction means the auction conducted three years prior to the start of the Delivery Year to secure commitments from Capacity Resources as necessary to satisfy any portion of the Unforced Capacity Obligation of the PJM Region not satisfied through Self- Supply.
Annual Valuation Date means the Valuation Date each calendar year so designated by the Trust, commencing in the calendar year 2003.
Class Balance With respect to any Class of Certificates, at any time, the aggregate of the
Total Value means either the fair market value or the actual price paid for a covered animal part or product, whichever is greater.
Unadjusted Benchmark Replacement means the applicable Benchmark Replacement excluding the related Benchmark Replacement Adjustment.
Residual Metered Load means all load remaining in an electric distribution company’s fully metered franchise area(s) or service territory(ies) after all nodally priced load of entities serving load in such area(s) or territory(ies) has been carved out.
Contract Minimum Investment Requirement means, with respect to the Project, investment by the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates of at least $4,000,000 in Economic Development Property subject (non-exempt) to ad valorem taxation (in the absence of this Fee Agreement).
Worst Value means, in respect of a SPS Valuation Date, the lowest Underlying Reference Value for any Underlying Reference in the Basket in respect of such SPS Valuation Date.
Rental Value means Business Income that consists of:
Residual Loss means any item of gain or loss, as the case may be, of the Partnership recognized for federal income tax purposes resulting from a sale, exchange or other disposition of a Contributed Property or Adjusted Property, to the extent such item of gain or loss is not allocated pursuant to Section 6.2(b)(i)(A) or 6.2(b)(ii)(A), respectively, to eliminate Book-Tax Disparities.
RI Initial Value means, in respect of a Reference Item, the Initial Closing Price.
Risk Transfer Date means the date when the risk of loss or damage to the Works passes from the Contractor to the Employer in accordance with sub Clauses 38.2 and 39.1.
Contribution Value means the fair market value as reasonably determined by the General Partner of property (other than cash) contributed by a Partner to the Partnership (net of liabilities secured by such contributed property that the Partnership is treated as assuming or taking subject to pursuant to the provisions of Section 752 of the Code).
