Multifamily Credit Enhancement Program definition

Multifamily Credit Enhancement Program means the Treasury program, distinct and separate from the Programs, to purchase HFA bonds which are guaranteed by the Credit Enhancement Agreement by either of the GSEs.
Multifamily Credit Enhancement Program means any purchases by Treasury of new tax-exempt and certain taxable project-based multifamily bonds issued by HFAs that are credit enhanced by the GSEs pursuant to Multifamily Credit Enhanced Bonds purchase agreements entered into by such parties prior to the end of the Acquisition Period.
Multifamily Credit Enhancement Program means the program described in Section 4 of the MOU.

Examples of Multifamily Credit Enhancement Program in a sentence

  • No loss sharing shall occur with respect to the Multifamily Credit Enhancement Program as a GSE will have provided credit enhancement for such Bonds separately.

  • Accordingly, the GSEs shall bear all of the credit risk related to the Multifamily Credit Enhanced Bonds and loss sharing shall not be a separate feature of the Multifamily Credit Enhancement Program.

Related to Multifamily Credit Enhancement Program

  • Credit Enhancement means, with respect to this Confirmation or any other Relevant Agreement, any credit enhancement or other credit support arrangement in support of the obligations of Dealer or Counterparty hereunder or thereunder or with respect hereto or thereto, including any guarantee or collateral arrangement (including any pledge, charge, mortgage or other security interest in collateral or title transfer arrangement), trust or similar arrangement, letter of credit, transfer of margin or any similar arrangement.

  • Credit Enhancement Provider means, with respect to any Securities, any person issuing, funding or otherwise making available, for the benefit of Securityholders or any party to a Serviced Corporate Trust Contract, an asset as an enhancement of the credit quality or liquidity of any Securities or the mortgage assets or other assets pledged for or underlying such Securities, such as a letter of credit, surety bond, insurance policy, guaranty, reserve fund pledge or collateral undertaking.

  • Credit Enhancement Agreement means the Agreement among the Sellers, the Master Servicer, the Trustee and the Credit Enhancement Provider with respect to the Credit Enhancement.

  • Credit Enhancement Percentage For any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of the aggregate Certificate Principal Balances of the Mezzanine Certificates and the Class CE Certificates, and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans, calculated after taking into account distributions of principal on the Mortgage Loans and distribution of the Principal Distribution Amount to the Certificates then entitled to distributions of principal on such Distribution Date.

  • Enhancement Agreement means any agreement, instrument or document governing the terms of any Series Enhancement or pursuant to which any Series Enhancement is issued or outstanding.

  • Streamlined Documentation Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan originated pursuant to the Seller's Streamlined Loan Documentation Program then in effect.

  • Servicer Letter of Credit means a letter of credit, surety bond or insurance policy issued by a depository institution, insurance company, or financial institution having a short-term credit rating at least equal to the Required Deposit Rating and providing that the Indenture Trustee or Trust Agent, as the case may be, may draw thereupon in the event the Servicer satisfies the Monthly Remittance Condition but fails to deposit SUBI Collections into the 2019-B SUBI Collection Account by the related Deposit Date.

  • Credit Enhancer means a financial institution, insurer or other third party which provides a Credit Enhancement or guarantee instrument acceptable to the Corporation securing repayment of the Mortgage Loan or Bonds issued pursuant to the MMRB Program.

  • Eligible Letter of Credit means, as of any date of determination thereof, a Letter of Credit which supports the purchase of Inventory, (i) which Inventory does not constitute Eligible In-Transit Inventory and for which no documents of title have then been issued, (ii) which Inventory, when completed, otherwise would constitute Eligible Inventory, (iii) which Letter of Credit has an expiry within thirty (30) days of the date of initial issuance of such Letter of Credit, and (iv) which Letter of Credit provides that it may be drawn only after the Inventory is completed and after documents of title have been issued for such Inventory reflecting the Borrower, a Subsidiary Guarantor or the Administrative Agent as consignee of such Inventory.

  • Uniform Single Attestation Program for Mortgage Bankers The Uniform Single Attestation Program for Mortgage Bankers, as published by the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and effective with respect to fiscal periods ending on or after December 15, 1995.

  • Related Commercial Paper means, at any time of determination, Commercial Paper the proceeds of which are then allocated by the Related Funding Agent as the source of funding the acquisition or maintenance of, the Asset Interest.
