Related Commercial Paper definition

Related Commercial Paper means, at any time of determination, Commercial Paper the proceeds of which are then allocated by the Related Funding Agent as the source of funding the acquisition or maintenance of, the Asset Interest.
Related Commercial Paper means, with respect to a Conduit Lender, at any time of determination, Commercial Paper of such Conduit Lender or its Related Commercial Paper Issuer the proceeds of which are then allocated by the administrator of such Conduit Lender or its Related Commercial Paper Issuer as the source of funding the acquisition or maintenance of such Conduit Lender’s Principal Obligation hereunder.
Related Commercial Paper means Commercial Paper issued by the Company the proceeds of which were used to acquire, or refinance the acquisition of, an interest in the Net Investment with respect to the Debtor.
