Multiple dwelling unit definition

Multiple dwelling unit means a dwelling unit other than a dwelling unit in a single-detached dwelling, a semi-detached dwelling, a duplex dwelling, an apartment building or a garden suite;

Multiple dwelling unit or “MDU” means residential duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, apartment buildings, condominiums, mobile home parks, trailer courts, or similar types of multi-unit arrangements on one parcel of land often served by one internet service provider.
