Multiple Employer Plans definition

Multiple Employer Plans has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.22(a).
Multiple Employer Plans means all Title IV plans which have been subject to Sections 4063 or 4064 of ERISA.

Multiple Employer Plans means Employee Benefit Plans that are subject to Section 210(a), 4063 and 4064 of ERISA or Section 413(c) of the Code.
