Foreign Plans definition

Foreign Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.11(d).
Foreign Plans are defined in Section 6.22(i)(xiii).
Foreign Plans means any employee benefit plan, program, policy, arrangement or agreement maintained or contributed to by, or entered into with, a Company with respect to employees employed outside the United States.

  • The Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries have complied with foreign law applicable to its Foreign Plans, except to the extent that failure to comply would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
