Municipal Escrow Investments means proceeds of municipal securities and any other funds of a municipal entity or obligated person that are deposited in an escrow account to pay the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on one or more issues of municipal securities.

  • Escrow Items means those items that are described in Section 3.

  • Escrow Instructions has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.3.
