Municipal Grant definition

Municipal Grant means a financial transfer from the Borrower to the Selected Municipality, on a periodic basis, for the payment of goods, works and services required for the implementation of Part 4(a)(i) of the Project.
Municipal Grant means a grant made or proposed to be made by the Recipient, out of the proceeds of the Financing, to a Participating Municipality to finance the costs of goods, works and services incurred for purposes of Eligible Activities under Part A of the Project (as hereinafter defined).

Examples of Municipal Grant in a sentence

  • Municipal Grant Consultant shall be appointed by the City Council (hereinafter “Council”) by a majority vote of a quorum of its members and shall serve for a term of one (1) year from the first day of January of the year of appointment and until his successor has been appointed and qualified.

  • Federal grant means an award of financial assistance in the form of money, or property in lieu of money, by the Federal Government or a direct appropriation made by law to any per- son.   • Option Grant Date means, as to any Stock Option, the latest of:
