Municipal Highway means a Highway listed in Appendix “A” to this policy.
Municipal Highway means a highway owned by a munici- pality, pursuant to this Act, the Public Highways Act or otherwise;

More Definitions of Municipal Highway

Municipal Highway means a municipal highway as defined in the Transportation Act;
Municipal Highway means a public Municipal Highway, street, road, avenue, lane, driveway, owned or under the jurisdiction of the Municipality and all parts including any surface, grassed area, boulevard, ditch, curb, gutter and sidewalk but does not include any unopened and improved road allowance;
