Vehicular Traffic. The Magical Realm Fantasy Faire reserves the right to halt vehicular traffic at the beginning and end of each day to insure that all performances have finished and that all patrons have left the festival grounds. The roadway will not be opened until half an hour after close each day at the earliest, and may remain closed if deemed unsafe. Please be advised that vehicular traffic may not be possible. All cars must be off the festival site one hour prior to open each day of the festival. The ONLY exception to this rule is in the case of a tornado or other weather emergency as declared by the Executive Directors of the festival.

Vehicular Traffic. For a Major or Mid-Tier Event, the Owner, only with the approval and consent of and in conjunction with CDOT, will erect temporary signage and traffic control as necessary to allow access to the PBG Farm Property at the specific location approved by CDOT in the required access permit for the PBG Farm Property. Vehicular access to the property shall be governed by the CDOT access permit, but limited to a maximum of 29 days per year. pursuant to permit #416017, authorizing 1,000 1,400vehicles maximum per day. The Owner will install all temporary signage and traffic control in accordance with Town and CDOT requirements and an annually agreed upon number of a minimum of two (2) BCSO deputies will supervise and direct traffic at the PBG Farm Property entrance. All costs related to temporary signage and traffic control shall be borne by Owner. Additionally, the Owner shall implement the recommendations set forth in the Traffic Control Plan, following review and approval of the Traffic Control Plan by the Town Administrator and the Boulder County Sheriffs Department.

Vehicular Traffic. The Lessee shall control all vehicular traffic on the roadways and other areas within the Premises and shall take all precautions necessary to promote the safety and security of its customers, patrons, business visitors and all other persons, and the Premises itself. The Lessee shall employ such means as may be necessary to direct the movement of vehicular traffic within the Premises to prevent traffic congestion on the public roadways leading to the Premises.

Vehicular Traffic. The traffic laws of the City shall apply to the streets, roads, and parking areas on the airport, unless restricted by the Airport Director. Vehicular access to aircraft in the General Aviation area is permitted for the purpose of loading and unloading only. Except for firefighting equipment, ambulances, emergency vehicles, and aircraft maintenance vehicles, no person shall take or drive any vehicle on the airport, other than on established streets, roads and automobile parking facilities, unless permission has been first obtained from the Airport Director.
Vehicular Traffic. Traffic congestion within the town was significantly relieved by the opening of the Maynooth-Kilcock By-Pass (M4). However, as in other towns, traffic levels within the town have continued to increase and this remains an issue that the Council will seek to address. The Council recognises that additional road capacity is required to cater for the ever increasing volumes of traffic and to service the expansion of the town. The basis of the Council’s roads policy will be to relieve traffic congestion in the town centre and minimise through traffic in residential areas. A number of distributor roads are planned to improve the circulation of traffic around the town. While the primary purpose of these roads is the safe and efficient circulation of traffic, the Council will endevour to ensure that the environment of these roads is as pleasant and safe as possible through appropriate landscaping and their passive supervision through encouraging overlooking by residential and other development. The Council will seek to improve the sign-posting of traffic into, through and out of the town.

  • Transit Traffic 7.2.2.3.1 CenturyLink will accept traffic originated by CLEC’s network and/or its end user(s) for termination to other Telecommunications Carrier’s network and/or its end users that is connected to CenturyLink's Switch. CenturyLink will also terminate traffic from these other Telecommunications Carriers’ network and/or its end users to CLEC’s network and/or its end users. For purposes of the Agreement, transit traffic does not include traffic carried by Interexchange Carriers. That traffic is defined as Jointly Provided Switched Access. 7.2.2.3.2 The Parties involved in transporting transit traffic will deliver calls to each involved network with CCS/SS7 protocol and the appropriate ISUP/TCAP messages to facilitate full Interoperability and Billing functions. 7.2.2.3.3 The originating company is responsible for payment of appropriate rates to the transit company and to the terminating company. The Parties agree to enter into traffic exchange agreements with third party Telecommunications Carriers prior to delivering traffic to be transited to third party Telecommunications Carriers. In the event one Party originates traffic that transits the second Party’s network to reach a third party Telecommunications Carrier with whom the originating Party does not have a traffic exchange agreement, then the originating Party will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the second Party against any and all charges levied by such third party Telecommunications Carrier, including any termination charges related to such traffic and any attorneys fees and expenses. In the case of IntraLATA LEC Toll traffic where CenturyLink is the designated IntraLATA Toll provider for existing LECs, CenturyLink will be responsible for payment of appropriate usage rates. 7.2.2.3.4 When CenturyLink receives an unqueried call from CLEC to a telephone number that has been ported to another local services provider, the transit rate will apply in addition to any query rates. 7.2.2.3.5 In the case of a transit call that terminates in the Local Calling Area but in a different state than the call originated, and the CLEC does not have an agreement with CenturyLink in the state where the transit call terminated, CLEC must execute an agreement for that state if it is a state served by CenturyLink. In the absence of a second agreement, the transit rate in Exhibit A of this Agreement will be billed to the CLEC.

  • Convicted, Discriminatory, Antitrust Violator, and Suspended Vendor Lists In accordance with sections 287.133, 287.134, and 287.137, F.S., the Contractor is hereby informed of the provisions of sections 287.133(2)(a), 287.134(2)(a), and 287.137(2)(a), F.S. For purposes of this Contract, a person or affiliate who is on the Convicted Vendor List, the Discriminatory Vendor List, or the Antitrust Violator Vendor List may not perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under the Contract. The Contractor must notify the Department if it or any of its suppliers, subcontractors, or consultants have been placed on the Convicted Vendor List, the Discriminatory Vendor List, or the Antitrust Violator Vendor List during the term of the Contract. In accordance with section 287.1351, F.S., a vendor placed on the Suspended Vendor List may not enter into or renew a contract to provide any goods or services to an agency after its placement on the Suspended Vendor List. A firm or individual placed on the Suspended Vendor List pursuant to section 287.1351, F.S., the Convicted Vendor List pursuant to section 287.133, F.S., the Antitrust Violator Vendor List pursuant to section 287.137, F.S., or the Discriminatory Vendor List pursuant to section 287.134, F.S., is immediately disqualified from Contract eligibility.

  • Local Traffic Traffic that is originated by a Customer of one Party on that Party’s network and terminates to a Customer of the other Party on that other Party’s network within Verizon's then current local calling area (including non-optional local calling scope arrangements) as defined in Verizon’s effective Customer Tariffs. A non- optional local calling scope arrangement is an arrangement that provides Customers a local calling scope (Extended Area Service, “EAS”), beyond their basic exchange serving area. Local Traffic does not include optional local calling scope traffic (i.e., traffic that under an optional rate package chosen by the Customer terminates outside of the Customer’s basic exchange serving area). IntraLATA calls originated on a 1+ presubscription basis, or on a casual dialed (10XXX/101XXXX) basis are not considered Local Traffic. Local Traffic does not include any Internet Traffic.

  • INTERNATIONAL TRAFFIC 1. Profits derived by an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of ships or aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in that Contracting State. 2. The provisions of paragraph 1 shall also apply to profits from the participation in a pool, a joint business or an international operating agency.
