When an Applicant is awarded the Municipal License Slot through the competitive process, the Applicant will be notified and will be given five (5) business days to pay the Marihuana Establishment Application Fee.
If an Applicant does not pay the fee within the time allotted, the next Application as ranked by the competitive process during the applicable Window will be issued the Municipal License Slot.
An Application will be held until a Window is established to select the Applications to fill an available Municipal License Slot.
