Municipal Planning Authorised Official means an employee of the Municipality who is appointed in terms of Section 35(2) of SPLUMA and Section 5 of this By-Law, to approve certain land development applications and who is responsible for carrying out any relevant duty or function or exercising any relevant power in terms of this By-law;

  • Regional health planning agency means the regional agency, including the regional health planning

  • Public safety officer means a member serving a public

  • Land application means the spraying or spreading of sewage sludge onto the land surface, the injection of sewage sludge below the land surface, or the incorporation of sewage sludge into the soil for the purposes of conditioning the soil or fertilizing crops or vegetation grown in the soil.
