Municipal property value means the value of a property as appearing in any Roll or Supplementary Valuation Roll of the Municipality contemplated in Sections 30 and 78 of the MPRA, and as determined in accordance with the provisions of the MPRA and in particular, but not limited to, Section 46 read with Section 45 thereof; Matjhabeng Municipality Credit Control and Debt Collection Policy 2020/2021.
