Municipal Works definition

Municipal Works meanss infrastructure assets and municipal services of the lowest level, as defined in the Law on Local Self-Governing.
Municipal Works means the Municipal Sewerage Works and the Municipal Drainage Works;
Municipal Works means all temporary and permanent installation, protection, removal, relocation and other works and activities relating to or affecting or in any way impacting the Municipal Lands and the Municipal Infrastructure required to be carried out by the Primary Contractor that are necessary to accommodate the access to and use of the Municipal Lands for the performance of the Work and all other obligations under this Agreement.‌

Municipal Works means all the work required to complete improvements to Saintsbury Line north of station 10+184 being:
