  • When you use My GreenInsights to retrieve information about your Third Party Accounts, you authorize us to access on your behalf the websites of the financial institutions that maintain such Third Party Accounts in order to retrieve the Third Party Account information requested by you, and you hereby appoint us as your agent for this limited purpose.

  • Insight as used in this clause, means technical visibility into the Program, maintained through audit, surveillance, assessment of trends and metrics, software independent verification and validation, the flight readiness review process, and review or independent assessment of out-of-family anomalies occurring in any phase of the program.
