Mystic Development definition

Mystic Development means Mystic Development, LLC, f/k/a Exelon Mystic Development LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Mystic Development shall have the meaning specified in the preamble.

If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.
